Hi Guys, Happy Monday!
So in today’s post I’m going to be talking about Tommy Jeans and this oversized logo sweater. Last week was one of my busiest work wise, along with a few last minute events. So I am shattered! This is why Thursday’s post went out the window, I was so tired.
I’ve managed to get into the flow of shooting again, which is good. So more content to come on the blog! But today I wanted to focus on one of the newest addition to my wardrobe, this Tommy Jeans sweater (by Tommy Hilfiger). Style-wise, I think I’m really finding my mojo again. I love this find on ASOS so don’t be surprised if you see it on the blog a few times. Anyway enough rambling!
Tommy Jeans Updated
So for those of you who may not know already, Tommy Jeans is basically Tommy Hilfiger. A brand inspired by American heritage, known for their staples such as shirts, denim and outerwear pieces, as well as having an updated old school 90’s feel to their latest pieces. It’s always reasonable priced too, for the quality you get.
This jumper is super warm, and you can feel the quality when you feel the sweat fabric used. It does come up quite big, and I could have gone a size down, but I decided to stick with it. I really wamted to embrace the oversized vibe of the top. The logo is oversized too… I guess that’s what attracted me to this particular sweater in the first place. I’ve really been into logo tops, and slogan tees at the moment. This top made sense to buy, cvonsidering the sudden change of weather! It’s been super cold!
Now if I’m honest, Tommy Hilfiger is a brand that I had personally forgotten about for a while now. But after falling in love with it online all over again, I saw some outfit inspo posts featuring this sweater. I love have how everyone has their own unique way of styling this Tommy Jeans sweater. So for this look I decided to go for the sports luxe vibe, by mixing tailoring and casual wear. This used to be my signiture style, before I developed a uniform. I styled a similar look in this post ‘The Midi Skirt & Slogan Tee’. I’m looking forward to seeing more from Tommy Jeans, and I’ll be re-styling this on the blog soon!
